*Sales Executive*
Job Requirements:
- Have sales experience in the catering industry.
- Have Food & Beverage Knowledge
- Must have good telemarketing skills.
- Well versed in computer softwares like microsoftwork,excel.
- Self motivated,confident,creative
Key Tasks:
- Report to the sales Manager
- Handle all incoming sales inquires, prepare sales quotations & sales follow ups
- Process catering order, work sheet & delivery lists.
- Be involved in the co-ordination of catering occasions (corporate events, wedding function, private party)
- Responsible for handling customer's feedback and arrange internal review meetings with all department heads.
- Establish good relationships with customers.
Working hours:
- Mon to Fri : 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Sat : 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Sun & PH : Off day
*Operation Supervisor*
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years working experience in food & beverage industry
- Knowledge in food hygiene will be an advantage
- Independent and self-motivated with good communication and good presentation.
- Highly motivated and energetic team player with expertise in managing details.
Key Tasks:
- Report to the operation manager
- Develop and create church wedding event and theme party concepts.
- Ensure field operations fulfill our customer's specifications.
- Ensure the cleanliness of catering equipment and utensil
- Ensure that the daily operations for catering services are carried out smoothly.
