Cancellation Terms : Should cancellation be necessary, a Written Cancellation must be submitted at least 5(five) days before the day of your event. If such a written cancellation is not received 90% of the ordered amount will be charged.
Change of Delivery Date: Any changes in the delivery date requires 5 (five) working days advance notice prior to delivery date, provided the changed date does not exceed 30 days of the initial event.
Qty Reduction: Must be informed 3(three) days before the delivery date or else 90% of the total reduced quantity amount shall be imposed.
